a gem in the medina
attentive staff convenient location accessible transportation
the staff was attentive.. btissam, the manager, even sourced preserved lemons for me when i mentioned wanting to take some home. i also enjoyed the convenient location near the souk entrance for easy taxi access to and from the airport. the riad is near a currency exchange and restaurants such as cafe arabe.
the wait for coffee inside the museum nearby was consistently long.

interior design excellent hospitality
The sultan room was very spacious. the interior design was excellent. Hospitality was excellent. i enjoyed the music in the restaurant area. it was also close to the main attraction. i appreciated how spacious the room was
dinner seemed unplanned. even though i had reserved it on request. breakfast seemed the same way.

the location was perfect. the riad is on the edges of the medina, it makes for a calm oasis in a very busy area. safe paths surround the building, so i felt at ease.

The location is great, close to attractions. The breakfast offered many moroccan options and fresh juices. The riad provided a peaceful escape from the medina.

excellent location spacious room big breakfast
the location was excellent , very close to many attractions. my room was spacious and cleaned daily. i appreciated the big and filling breakfast, there was a good variety. i was well looked after by all staff.
dinner looked unplanned, even with a prior request.

insufficient lighting unprepared breakfast
the lighting in the room was insufficient (making it hard to read). additionally, the breakfast felt somewhat unprepared despite prior arrangement. i did have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my coffee to arrive, which disrupted the start of my day (this could be better organized).
